Our Commitment

Our mission is to support local nonprofits by raising awareness for their conservation and research efforts. We’re committed to sharing our discoveries with the public and connecting with fellow explorers who share our curiosity and love for the natural world.
Our Passion
Our passion for underwater exploration was sparked by early backcountry camping adventures. What began as simple underwater filming with a phone has since evolved into a full-fledged passion project—now powered by ROVs and sonar technology to map the hidden depths of Ontario’s lakes.
Our Vision
To empower today’s pioneers to protect and preserve our marine ecosystems for the explorers of tomorrow.
Our Ambition
We are passionate about exploring aquatic environments, raising awareness for nonprofit initiatives, and deepening our understanding of humanity’s impact on the natural world. Using advanced technologies like remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) and sonar, we map and explore underwater ecosystems in Lake Simcoe and lakes across Ontario. Our mission includes supporting fellow organizations in their conservation efforts, working together to champion marine sustainability and protect our freshwater resources for future generations.
Our Values
Environmental Stewardship
As we explore, we engage with marine ecosystems with respect, responsibility, and care. We champion safe exploration practices that prioritize the health and sustainability of marine life, ensuring that our passion for discovery supports—not harms—these vital environments.
Collaboration and Partnership
We actively seek opportunities to collaborate with other non-profits and like-minded organizations, believing that meaningful impact is best achieved through shared goals and mutual support.
Diversity and Inclusion
We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment, welcoming citizen explorers from all backgrounds to join us in our mission and contribute their unique perspectives and talents.
Health and Safety Responsibility
We are committed to following Best Management Practices for preventing the spread of aquatic invasive species, as recommended by Ontario Parks and the Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry. In addition, we adhere to all health and safety standards outlined in Transport Canada’s Safe Boating Guide, ensuring responsible and secure exploration at all times.
